REGULAR SEASON:
Individual Meet Registration: $149/athlete
Athletes will compete at one or more regular season meets at
MPG Fitness to qualify for the finals.
Schedule can be found here:
The event will be scored with POWR Points (Percent-Of-World-Record) via liftingcast.

POWR Points explanation:
If the world record total is 1000kg and a lifter totals 900kg that is 90% they score 90 points.
Each regular season meet has $5,000 awarded to the team with the highest POWR points among the top 5 lifters on each team. The prize will be split evenly among the top 5 scorers.
NOTE: The power express meet takes place in 2025 and will be scored by gl points among the top 5 lifters on each team.
Teams can be comprised of any combination of men AND woman.
Teams during regular season meets may have an UNLIMITED number of lifters on their roster.
Once an athlete competes for a team they cannot switch teams for the remainder of the season.
Team rosters may and are encouraged to rotate between meets to keep lifters fresh.

Bonus POWR Points:
We will be awarding bonus POWR points for team placing at each regular season meet that will carry over to the championship:
1st: 10
2nd: 6
3rd: 4

The Championship:
Championship Registration $195
Registration Opens Immediately following the Power Express
Registration closes 7/1/26
Any Athlete who registers at least 60% of the world record at any regular season meet will qualify for the championship.
(Lifters who do not hit this mark will still receive championship rings and are still encouraged to participate in our championship weekend via our "Friday Night Flights" Meet.)
Teams may send up to 10 lifters to the championship chosen by the captain that registered the team
The championship is currently limited to the first 12 teams to qualify and register for the championship.

PRIMETIME:
The top 5 athletes from the top 4 teams based on avg POWR points scored during regular season meets will make up the 20 lifter Final session.
NOTE: teams can still win from the prelim sessions.
The team with the most POWR points among the top 5 athletes plus any POWR points earned during the regular season will be the champions.
----
$30,000 total will be awarded at the championship.
$25,000 will be awarded to the first place team.
$5,000 will be awarded to the second place team.
Prize money will be split among the top 5 lifters on each team
----
